How do I cancel my subscription?

Craft Vault subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone โ†’ tap your Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ select Craft Vault โ†’ tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I delete my account and data?

Inside the app, go to the Paywall screen and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated project data. Alternatively, email us at support@craftvaultapp.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.

My photos aren't uploading โ€” what should I do?

Make sure Craft Vault has permission to access your photo library. Go to Settings โ†’ Privacy & Security โ†’ Photos and set Craft Vault to Full Access. Then try uploading again.

I was charged but the app still shows a paywall

This can happen if the App Store purchase didn't fully sync. Try these steps:

  1. Close and reopen the app.
  2. If the paywall appears, tap Restore Purchases.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@craftvaultapp.com with your Apple ID and we'll resolve it promptly.

How do I add a pattern or file to a project?

Open any project, scroll to the Patterns & Files section, and tap File to upload a document (PDF, Word, image) or URL to save a link to an online pattern.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your project data is stored privately and is never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

I forgot my password

Craft Vault uses a username and password you chose at sign-up. If you've forgotten it, email us at support@craftvaultapp.com with your username and we'll reset your account.
