These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Craft Vault ("the App"), a personal craft project organizer operated by Craft Vault ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Craft Vault offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions).
New users receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends, continued use requires an active subscription. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard refund policy.
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the App (Settings → Subscription → Delete Account) or by emailing support@craftvaultapp.com. Account deletion cancels your subscription access immediately.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the App.
The App, its design, and all content we create are owned by us. Project data, photos, and files you upload remain yours. By using the App you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely to operate the App for you.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
